Fees and Insurance

Session Fee

Individual therapy sessions are $175 for a standard 50-minute session.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider with Cigna, United Healthcare, and Aetna.

If you are insured through one of these carriers, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan’s copay or coinsurance.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

In some cases, I may be able to assist you in submitting superbills directly to your insurance.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Cancellations

I understand that life happens. I do not charge for cancellations.

I simply ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If cancellations become frequent, we will have a conversation together about whether a cancellation fee might need to be considered moving forward.
