Session Fee

Individual therapy sessions are $175 for a standard 50-minute session.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider with United Healthcare.

If you are insured through United Healthcare, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan’s copay or coinsurance.

Out-of-Network Benefits

I partner with Thrizer, a secure HIPAA-compliant service that helps simplify out-of-network reimbursement for therapy. Thrizer can help verify your benefits upfront, estimate reimbursement costs, and submit claims directly to insurance, helping make the superbill process easier and more transparent for clients.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Cancellations

I understand that life happens. I do not charge for cancellations.

I simply ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If cancellations become frequent, we will have a conversation together about whether a cancellation fee might need to be considered moving forward.
